1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using STEAMhives Innovation Hub services or the Excella RMS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

STEAMhives provides two main services:

STEAMhives Innovation Hub — coding, robotics, and STEAM education programmes for children and young adults in Lagos, Nigeria.
Excella RMS — a web-based school result management system for Nigerian and African schools, including PDF report card generation, attendance tracking, and parent PIN access.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Schools using Excella RMS are responsible for the accuracy of student data entered into the platform and for managing teacher and parent access appropriately.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Excella RMS subscription fees are billed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and processed via Paystack. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. STEAMhives reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, or use the platform in any way that violates applicable Nigerian laws or regulations.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on the STEAMhives platform are owned by STEAMhives Innovation Hub. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

STEAMhives is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
